Neil Alden Armstrong was born August 3, 1930, on a farm near Wapak whizzta, Ohio. Seeking a career in which he knew he would enjoy, at jump on fifteen, Armstrong began taking lessons for flying and a year posterior clear his license as a student pilot. Surely after, he received a scholarship in high school graduating from Blume High and he went to Purdue to major in engineering, he got degrees in both Aeronautical & Aerospace Engineering.

Also while attending Purdue he met his wife, Janet Shearon he had already known Miss Janet for about three years forward to the time he finally asked her out. The wedding was in 56 and later they had three children in which one died of them died because of a tumor.
